A delicious Easter treat that is super easy to make.
With practically no cooking it's a great one to get the kids involved in. Plus they will love licking the bowl.
I'll admit that forming them into nest shapes was a little difficult because chocolate sticks to everything. But it kind of adds to the authentic nest look LOL.
200gm milk chocolate ( I used half dark and half milk)
150gm changs fried noodles
12 speckled mini eggs
1. Grease a 12 hole patty cake tin and line each hole with baking paper.
2. Break the chocolate into pieces and place into a large microwave safe bowl. Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes, stirring after every 30 seconds, until chocolate is melted and smooth.
3. Add the fried noodles and mix until well combined. Take tablespoons of the mixture and place into the patty tin. Use a teaspoon to smooth and form a nest shape. Place in the fridge to set for approximately 30 minutes.
4. Remove from the fridge. Place a speckled egg into each nest. Arrange on a plate and serve.
