I will be the first to admit that in some cases I am a total glutton. Another ladle of pasta sauce? Sure. Drench my ice cream in topping? Hell yeah! Hot chips drowning in tomato sauce and vinegar? OMG Yes!
The girls in my family (well a few of us) have developed an addiction. An addiction to Pinterest. It's awful, it takes up hours of our time scrolling and pinning and has started to make our heads hurt from overflowing ideas.
It's that time of year again. The slow cookers are dusted off and have once again found a place on the bench top. This dish is a beautiful change to the normal soups and casseroles that are no doubt filling up your winter menus. If you don't have a slow cooker, don't worry. I cooked this in a casserole dish in the oven and it was perfect.
I often fall behind with my household chores. Between juggling work, DJ, meals, washing and everything in between, some things seem to just pile up. This means that I usually have to spend a whole day at the end of the week doing household chores when I would much rather be spending the time doing something with DJ.
