World Mental Health Day 2013

Taking the time to look after our mental health is just as important as taking the time to look after our physical health.
I know how difficult it can be to admit that you need help. You feel like a failure. You may even feel ashamed or embarrassed.

If you find that life is getting hard, you're feeling overwhelmed, stressed, depressed, anxious or having thoughts of self harm or suicide, I encourage you to seek help.
There is no judgement. Only love.

When you summon up the courage to seek help and support from loved ones or professionally, life instantly becomes a little easier. You're not alone!
